Maps and Directions

In February 2005, all roads in Canada lead to Prince George, BC for the 2005 Ski Nationals. You just have to know which turns to take!

Where is Prince George?

Prince George is located approximately 800km north of Vancouver and only 100km from the geographic center of British Columbia, at the intersection of highways 97 and 16 (the Northern TransCanada or Yellowhead).

MapQuest has a map available that shows Prince George in relation to the province. You can also pan and zoom this map to show you what you need to see.

Getting around Prince George

Tourism PG has provided a copy of their Prince George map online to print and have when you arrive, or you can use the myTELUS map to search for specific addresses.

Where is Otway Cross Country Ski Centre?

From downtown Prince George, follow either 5th or 15 Avenue west to Ospika Blvd. Turn right (north) on Ospika, and continue until you reach Otway Road. On Otway, turn right, heading northwest and follow that across two sets of train tracks and the Otway Ski Centre is on the left hand side approximately 500m past the second set.
